Consignors, this is the quickest way to have your items checked in at the event! To qualify for express drop off you must put your barcode labels on your items at home before coming to consignor drop off (can pick labels up from us or print them in color at home) and choose to donate all items. If you meet these requirements, please let us know when you come to consignor drop off day. We will verify then you'll fill out your consignor paperwork. At that point you can leave your items for us to inspect and put out in the store for you. How great is that?!
In order to better manage the flow of traffic during the Consignor Drop Off Days, we will be using a Sign Up Genius to reserve drop off times. The link to reserve your spot is posted on the home page of this website. We will also be accepting walk-ins. How will that work? We will accommodate consignors with appointments first. Then we will work you in as soon as a spot opens up!
Consignors, would you like to shop 30 minutes earlier than the time on your Pre-Sale shopping pass? As you are entering your items, choose to Discount (50%off) ALL and Donate ALL your unsold items at the end of the event. Donations will go directly to local foster families, school counselors, and Hillcrest Children's Home. Our experience has been that when a consignor chooses to mark items to be discounted for 25% off mid-week and then 50% off toward the end of the event, the consignor ultimately sells more and earns more! When you choose to Discount and Donate ALL items, we will Bump your Pre-Sale shopping time up by 30 minutes!!
Consignors can bring 25 infant items in any combination of sizes newborn - 9 mo. Because we receive a large quantity of these items at the events, we will limit each consignor to 25 of your best infant clothes from 0-9 months. Any clothes that are in this size range will count toward your 25 items. LIMITED SIZES INCLUDE: newborn, 0-3mo,0-6mo,3mo,3-6mo,3-9mo,6mo, 6-9mo, 6-12mo,9mo,9-12mo.
If you or a friend is a mom-to-be, Click on Moms-to-Be to sign up for a Special Guest Pass. As our gift to you, we will give you a guest pass to attend our Guests Only Sale. Just register and supply us with your baby's due date. Congratulations on your new baby! This same pass can also be used for you to attend the Half Price Moms-To-Be Sale!
On Friday, September 21st, we will open the database for RESTOCK items. Drop off for restock items will be on Sunday, September 23rd from 4-6pm! We will be accepting restock items such as toys, shoes and baby equipment. We are only accepting Fall/Winter clothing in these brands: Matilda Jane, Persnickety, Mustard Pie, Mini Boden, Crewcuts, Giggle Moon, Sado, Jelly the Pug, Kickee Pants, Joyfolie, Sweet Honey, Eleanor Rose, Cheeky Plum, Livie and Luca, Anavini, Silly Goose, Sure!, Ralph Lauren, Under Armour, The North Face, and Patagonia.
You can enter your items using your smartphone! It's fast and easy! Just log into our website with your consignor id and choose Voice Entry under the Add an Item heading. Be sure to listen to some of the examples of how it works, then click the microphone button on your keypad to get started. It's that easy and our consignors are loving it!
AGAIN THIS SEASON - Each consignor can bring 300 items Per Consignor Number to the event. If you would like to bring more than 300 items, please register for an additional consignor number. As always, we encourage you to bring your best items so that you sell a high percentage of your things. A consignor who brings 75 great items will do better than a consignor who brings 100 items that are poor quality and marked too high. The best quality items will sell first!
If you are not able to pick up your items on pick up day and do not want to donate them, you may send someone else to pick up your items. We are not able to guarantee items that are picked up by someone other than the consignor. Please make sure the person picking up your items knows your consignor number.
As a Consignor, you have the option to print your barcodes at home. Please remember to print these labels on a COLOR printer using the Avery 5160 size address labels. Consignors who print barcode labels at home, or pick barcode labels up from us and label items at home, we WILL guarantee them if the items are brought to the store in numerical order and the labels are printed correctly. Once we confirm that all of the items are in order, we're happy to GUARANTEE them!
"Because of our high regard for the safety of children and in light of the recent ruling by the CPSC, Rhea Lana's Inc. will no longer be accepting ANY cribs manufactured before December 2010. Cribs manufactured between December 2010 and June 28, 2011, must have a certificate of compliance and must not have been recalled in order to be consigned with Rhea Lana's. Any crib manufactured after June 28, 2011 that has not been recalled, can be consigned as long as it meets Rhea Lana's quality standards."
CHECKS will no longer be an accepted form of payment at the Rhea Lana's of Hot Springs events. We will accept cash, debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
